BLOWING THE WHISTLE – CHILD STEALING BY THE STATE

BLOWING THE WHISTLE – CHILD STEALING BY THE STATE

(Sunday 23rd October 2011) – Part of a 2 day event on 22/23 October 2011

Conference – Kings Hall – Glebe Street – Stoke On Trent

This is not a conference to discuss ‘issues’ and ‘concerns’ with children and to set out a way to ‘help reform the system’ as some MPs suggest.

This is a conference to expose and bring to trial those helping the State to Steal and Abuse Children. We will name Names, Departments, Authorities, Organisations, Judges, MPs, Police, Psychiatrists and more. With help of those attending, we will expose the real evidence for:

MASSIVE STATE SPONSORED CHILD ABUSE AND TRAFFICKING AND COVER-UPS BY THE STATE AND ITS AGENTS

Have you experienced any of the following:

Children taken under false pretences ?

Bullying by Children’s Services, Cafcass, Local Authority ?

False verbal and documentary evidence in Court ?

Collusion behind your back by your Legal Team with the Local Authority legal team ?

MPs ignoring you and your plight ?

Child(ren) being abused in the ‘care’ of Children’s Services ?

Mental breakdown because of the attack on your family ?

Do you hold information and evidence concerning:

State trafficking of children ?

Falsifying of Family Court Documents ?

Children disappearing into the care system ?

Police deliberately blocking investigations into child abuse rings ?

Misinformation by the BBC and mainstream media ?

False help and support groups, charities and people ?

We need you and your evidence. We need you in numbers, because the State hides the evidence by isolating victims or controlling the support to whom you turn. By making out that only a few isolated families are affected the State can control national media to hide the truth.

Have you attended meetings in Westminster that ‘pat you on the head’ and achieve nothing ? – then you need to attend and be an active participant in Blowing the Whistle – Child Stealing by the State.

Please provide a 2 page summary of the basic facts of your case and indicate evidence that you hold. We will provide a pro-forma to help you do this. Active participants will be asked to provide evidence for use at the conference. Real evidence is vital to stopping the unlawful abuse of families and children.

If on the other hand you are a normal, healthy, well-adjusted individual able to accept life’s occasional setbacks and vicissitudes without resorting to paranoid conspiracy theories, then this event probably isn’t for you.

  2. annie says:

Jimmy you are naughty.Your dry wit can be funny, however this a very serious matter when one reads around some insightful links posted here, Whilst I accept this is an irksome task, it is necessary to understand the reality of the situation for all parties concerned, and yes that does include the Legal profession.

The word State snatching is an emotive phrase and really needs insightful clarification why children sent to care is so prevalent now in the UK.

I have spent today, reading around Lord Justice Wall’s and others within the Legal profession warnings of the family court system back in 2009/10. Provided is great insight and somewhat prophetic vision. If you google Judiciary, Lord Justice Wall Family Courts, much is available, and more when googling around overstretched family Courts.

It is a complex mess whereby Judges are raising concerns about those self litigating and the backlog this is causing where there is already a problem with not enough Judges specialised in family law. Highlighting the problems backlogs cause for the children concerned.

There is also a tacit acceptance that with the current workings of the system, miscarriages of justice will and do occur.

One of the gravest concerns being raised is the cut from 2400 to 1300 law firms awarded Legal Aid and what this means for family law. In particular a new threshold to obtaining Legal Aid appears to be centred around DV. Which carries the potential for false claims of DV in order to procure Legal Aid.

One only has to read the many good links on this site to understand what the politicians have been doing for the last few years to undermine the family unit. Having read what I have read today really made me realise why we are facing the crisis so abundantly clear not just within the family courts, but the family in general.

One politician wrote that the role of the father was not necessary to the family unit. With these hugely undermining reports, one can but gasp. Yet we know the riots in some part were being attributed to the lack of a male role model in the family.

One could argue the system, the political system, it’s previous policies on a wide range of matters to do with families, including adoption rates, etc are to blame.

This is not a matter to shirk lightly for sure. Not for any caring member of society who cares about our children.

We have a duty to educate ourselves with due dilligence, around what our politicians have done in the past regarding the family and what they plan for our future generation. It is clear to me, how incumbent and imperative this is on all of us. I for one, was not aware around what was written by Harman until today.

    • Jimmy says:

The Harman quote is very old and I’ve never seen the context. The points you make are excellent and it is right that the public become more aware of problems caused by failing to fund the judicial system properly. Sites like this however, far from helping, are positive menace. I am horrified at the possibility that an unwary reader might find a site like this and think there was a word of truth in any of it. Conferences like the one advertised here in my experience are generally run by conmen, preying on the vulnerable. For those taking a serious interest in this there are some excellent bloggers around: Carl Gardner, David Allen Green and Charon spring to mind and someone callled familoo (forget here real name, who specialises in family law). I’m sure there are others I’ve forgotten.

      • annie says:

Cool. Thankyou for the note on the other bloggers. I will take a good look at them. And I would agree there is serious problem with this site and in my opinion posting sensitive emotive material that would sway those without experience in such matters to a conclusion that is otherwise faulty or premature.

I have always told people before you speak do your research, Adoption and foster agents are a business, no kids from social services no business to run, every one child sent to the foster agent the agent gets £20.000 per kid, then it is fostered to who ever they get approx £500 per week plus all tax free. Then to send a kid to the adoption agent that agent gets £36.000 to sell the kid. So if social do not send the kids the agents close down, people have no idea what the social services are all about, they run this country from babies to the elderly they are every where. Most of them are not even English many from Russia
to know the truth it has to happen close to each and everyone, and my god if people only knew the truth of the sufferings of poor helpless children they would go to war on Goverments, if you want evedence then research it is not only here it is world wide. Kids have no voice because social services say kids all tell lies and do not know what they want,

    • Jimmy says:

Everyone knows the big bucks nowadays are in social work.

Incidentally, reading each others’ websites isn’t, strictly speaking, “research”.

  4. avalon111 says:

Unfortunately Jimmy is on the right track.

I’m sure UK Column are very dedicated, but you are deep into ‘Holly Grieg’ territory with any dealings with them, and then but a breath away from David Icke and his crowd.

The ‘forced adoption’ campaign is a bit of a dead subject; if forced adoption was a genuine policy they’d be an awful lot more of them. What is happening concerns individual social workers and related professions, plus a few of the secretive family courts getting themselves repeatedly into a position with cases whereby personal maliciousness or the inability to retract from a initial view, make it impossible to use proper judgement. Racism, sexism all raise their ugly heads in the English and Welsh Family Courts and the judiciary seem unwilling or unable to deal with it. Plus the fascination in paying psychiatrists vast sums of money to label women in particular as goofy and/or mad has got out-of-hand.

Oversight, oversight, and just to top it, oversight, are needed in abundance. Certainly the Family Courts Division shouldn’t be allowed to make any singnificant judgement (such as the removal of a child) without automatic oversight from another European judge – the royal Courts of Justice long ago lost the moral right to claim to be independent. In any case involving a proposal to forcibly remove a child, a non-English/Welsh judge should be present in proceedings, to provide the Court judge with guidence and oversight in the way a normal modern European court case should be conducted.

  5. i think the idea of such confrences have been played out now. clearly it is not working. maybe we ough to try something else. like probably a massive combined application to sue the state and the so called experts for Psychological trauma. the aspects of such conditions can automatically include the Human Rights issues. sick of sitting infront of a bunch of old men and woman to hear the same shit that wont make a difference
