I have received a report today. The Doncaster Council are asking the judge to:
1) extend the non-molestation order against me until 2021
2) extend the no contact order until 2021
3) make an order that I cannot make any applications to court in respect of my daughter until 2021.
This cuts me totally out of my daughter’s life until she is 18. She is now showing serious signs of distress including soiling at night which she has never done.
She is scared of being taken by me as it is ‘against the rules’ (her words) and I would go to prison.
The social services are desperate to cover their criminal acts by making me out to be a crazed mother, when I have done no wrong at all and am actually calmer now than my distress since she was taken last January.
They have a child on their hands that needs psychiatric help but they are ignoring her obvious mental trauma from being separated from her mother.
They continue to protect the father to then protect their house of cards.
Sick?

The mistreatment alleged against DT by VH and RHT was not forwarded to CPS for consultation as the evidential threshold had not been met.  Despite  diligent investigation by South Yorkshire Police,  no independent corroborative evidence of the allegations, be that medical, forensic, witness or otherwise, was obtained.
As you are aware for a case to be successful at a criminal court the evidence has to be beyond reasonable doubt as opposed to that of the family/civil courts which is balance of probabilities.
I.e. according to this Police Officer, the evidence of the girl is “not enough” to prosecute her father in a criminal court. At the same time, the mother in a Family Court is assumed to be guilty of “emotional abuse” based on the ‘balance of probabilities’.
In this Court of Public Opinion, please do make up your own mind and choose your level of support.

I posted similar elsewhere on this site and subject. You have got to get a top privately funded family law barrister. So just in case you miss my other posting I post here.
I previously provided Sabine the name of a top private family law barrister I have used in my own case not dissimilar to Vicky’s.
Having gone through previous legal aid solicitor’s/barristers, none would “get a grip of the case” and I my exhusband with police/masonic contacts ended with our two children despite my originally being granted an uncontested Full Residence Order of two children a year earlier.
But all this changed when my ex lost a Financial Hearing which happened after I had custody of the children. Then the malicious allegations started, and within 12 months the children were taken from my care.
3 years later they were returned, but only after I employed private solicitor and barrister and did away with rubbish legal aid. When this top London barrister took one look at my case, he immediately apologised on behalf of his profession for what had happened to me, that should never have happened.
I got Justice, and my two children now live with me. But you will not get your daughter back without an expensive, privately funded legal battle, which if you are already paying privately, I advise you change your barrister with immediate effect, and go and see the barrister i used.
He does Judicial Reviews and was seeking one in my case. The Judge immediately retired!!!!!!
Please dont give up and do please get in touch for the name of the barrister I used in London. Top family Law barrister who will get justice for mothers like me and will do for Vicky. Best wishes

Police protection is an oxymoron: Free citizens must protect themselves because police do not protect you from crime; they just investigate the crime after it happens and then call someone in to clean up the mess.
