“Councils have a secret agenda to establish a high score of children they have placed for adoption.”

This is a quote from Christopher Booker’s article in August 2009 in The Telegraph.

It not only describes the story of a 5-year-old girl who was taken from their parents against everybody’s will, but also of a barrister who was involved in two cases and who became a family court judge.
